KPI cards

At the top of your dashboard, four cards show your totals:

• Projects. Total number of projects in your account
• Surveys. Total surveys across all projects
• Photos. Total photos uploaded
• Reports. Total reports generated

Activity timeline

A chronological feed of everything that's happened in your account:

• Photo uploads
• Report generation
• Project creation
• Share link activity

The timeline helps you track progress and recall when specific actions were taken. Useful for audit trails and client communications.

Upload trends

A chart showing your image upload patterns over time. See which days and weeks are your busiest. Useful for understanding workload patterns and planning ahead.

Report trends

Track how many reports you've generated over time. Spot trends in your output and client deliverables.

Storage usage

A visual breakdown of your current storage consumption. See which projects use the most space and how close you are to your storage limit. For more detail, visit the Storage Usage Dashboard.

Filterable activity log

Below the charts, a detailed activity log lets you filter by:

• Action type. Uploads, report generation, project creation, sharing
• Target type. Projects, surveys, photos, reports
• Date range. Narrow down to a specific period

Use filters to find specific events quickly. For example, all report generations in the past week.
