How report generation works
Navigate to a survey with uploaded photos and click Generate Report. See generating reports for the full step-by-step. Before you build the PDF, pick one of the available report layouts: one photo per page for detailed inspections, or two photos per page for overview documentation. Report content covers exactly which metadata fields appear on each page, and company branding explains how your name, company, and contact info get pulled in from your profile. Once reports exist, the reports dashboard lets you browse, download, or delete them.
What ends up in the PDF
Every generated report pulls in every photo in the survey with any markups you added, captions up to 150 characters, GPS coordinates, capture date and time, and camera bearing. Clients can download reports directly from share links. Enterprise users get white-label reports with custom templates.
