How Vortyk's 14-day free trial works. What you get, what happens after, and how to cancel.

What's included
During the trial, you get everything in the Pro plan:
- Unlimited projects and surveys
- 200 photos per survey
- 30 GB storage
- Report builder
- Photo markups
- Client sharing
- Interactive maps
Important details
- Credit card required at signup. This is needed to activate the trial.
- You won't be charged during the 14 days. Your first charge happens on day 15.
- Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges. You can cancel from the Billing Portal at any time.
- After the trial ends, your account automatically converts to the Pro plan at $49/month.
What happens if you cancel
If you cancel during the trial:
- Your account remains accessible until the trial period ends.
- No charges are made.
- After the trial expires, you lose access to Pro features.
Upgrading to Enterprise during the trial
If you need team features, you can upgrade to Enterprise at any point during your trial. Contact support at support@vortyk.com or upgrade from the Billing Portal.
