Password protection
Every share link requires a password. There is no option to create an unprotected link.
- You set the password when creating the link.
- Your client enters this password to access the project.
- Choose a password that's easy to communicate verbally or via text.
Expiration dates
Set an optional date when the link automatically stops working.
- After the expiration date, the link returns an error instead of the project view.
- Good for time-sensitive inspections, insurance claims, or projects with a defined delivery window.
- If you don't set an expiration, the link stays active until you manually revoke it.
Client names
Tag each share link with a client name.
- Purely for your reference. Clients don't see this label.
- Helps you identify which link belongs to which stakeholder.
- Especially useful when you create multiple links for the same project (e.g., one for the client, one for the insurance adjuster).
Multiple links per project
You can create as many share links as you need for a single project.
- Different clients get different links with different passwords.
- Revoke one link without affecting others.
- Each link tracks its own client name and expiration date independently.
